Grand Prix White

1987 911 3.2 Carrera. Grand Prix White Full leather interior in Oxblood with matching headliner and carpets. Non- sunroof model with G50 gearbox. 120,000 miles from new with 100% FSH. Swiss car with LHD, imported originally into the UK by PG Martini. The car has had one previous UK owner to myself, a friend of a work colleague. This first UK owner, a 60 year old professional, garaged the car and fastidously serviced and maintained the vehicle, in some cases every 1500 miles. I have owned the car for the past five years and can honestly say its the best car that I have ever owned. I am only selling to finance the purchase of a Ferrari 328 and hope I do not come to regret the decision. The car will be fully serviced upon sale and this will include, fuel filter, oil filter, oil, tappets adjustment, gaskets and spark plugs. The car will be supplied taxed and will be provided with a fresh MOT. The car has just had a brand new full matching set of tyres fitted ( 100 miles,two weeks ago, I have receipt) The brake fluid was changed to american racing blue and the pads all round to fast road pads. The gearbox oil has been replaced with Swepco blue oil. Car is fitted with a MOMO champion wheel and boss and momo matching gear lever. The car has a stainless Reggazone full system exhaust and has an air induction kit specific to the 3.2 carrera.The car spent the fist 20 years of its life with a catalytic converter giving only 217 bhp, so it had not worked too hard. It now has a cat bypass fitted, giving the full 231 bhp. It has never been tracked, race or rallied, these improvements are intended for road use only. The ECU has been refurbished in the last six months with a performance chip already fitted.The DME replaced as a matter of course with the original still working unit in the glove box. The car has been lowered on KONI adjustables.The rear anti roll bar has been seam welded as these commonly crack over time.Recent alternator fitted. The car has clear lenses front and side and all red US spec lights on the rear. The car is in first class condition inside and out and mechanically superb.The car does not leak a single drop of oil and never has and uses so little that when changed there is little change in the amount that comes out. I am open to any inspection. I am a member of the porsche Club GB and also member of the Carrera 3.2 register. I know what a £10K 3.2 looks like, drives like and what it will cost to run and get right, this IS NOT your average 3.2. If I could afford to keep it and get the Ferrari then I would. If you want a car that you can use everyday, that is reliable and an investment then please arrange to view the car. I am not open to offers as the car will be sold in first class serviced condition. No time wasters or dealers please am looking for someone who is an enthusiast and someone who will appreciate a well sorted rattle free 911.
