Buy a house, get a Ferrari or a Lamborghini or a Bentley. And we're not talking a good deal on a Ferrari for sale or a discount on another high-priced car. They're all free with purchase of an exclusive home.That's the sales pitch being used by Nicholas Peters, a broker in Charlotte, N.C., who's trying to sell 30 luxury homes.A Ferrari, Mercedes, or other exotic car is parked outside each listed property. And each vehicle is offered for free with the purchase of the accompanying home.“The market is becoming stable again and there are some great deals,” Peters told Mark Boone, a reporter for Greensboro television station WCNC.The homes for sale are listed for $749,900 to about $8 million, and all have been reduced. And all come with a new car. The priciest listing, a five-bedroom mansion near Ballantyne, is offered for $7.89 million and comes with a Maybach Landaulet.
